About The Conference

The International Conference on AI-Driven Sustainability, Energy Systems and Environmental Intelligence (ICAIDSEE 2025) is a platform to collaborate the researchers, academicians, industry experts, start-ups and policymakers to discuss the emerging trends, integrated solutions and the creativity in the area of sustainability, intelligent energy systems, Earth science applications and environmental intelligence.

Against the rising needs for energy and environmental degradation, AI based, environmentally intelligent solutions are needed today to face challenges the world has never seen before. This global need is addressed by ICAIDSEE 2025 through the creation of interdisciplinary collaborations, which encourage developing imaginative, scalable, and sustainable technologies installed with Artificial Intelligence, Internet of Things, Renewable Energy Systems, and Earth Systems Science.

The main focus of ICAIDSEE 2025 is to facilitate global dialogue and exchange of ideas, frontier innovations, and strategic discussions on the application of AI towards energy, environment and earth science.

AI and IoT can be used to improve performance, reliability and environmental impact of conventional and renewable energy systems while preserving natural resources, the conference will show. Such themes will include research on smart energy grids, predictive maintenance of critical infrastructure, climate modeling, disaster risk forecasting, resource optimization.

Furthermore, ICAIDSEE 2025 aims to shape policy formation and regulatory innovation with regard to sustainable framework of automation in developed and developing countries. This will help to create capacity in industries and academic institutions to use the scalable technologies for application in smart city, rural development, disaster mitigation and climate change adaptation.

The conference also aims to welcome startups as well as technology innovators and entrepreneurs working on low carbon, AI boosted, Earth data driven solutions for energy and environmental challenges, building innovation ecosystems for emerging as well as existing markets.

The focus of ICAIDSEE 2025 is to convene a multi-level conversation on research, policy, technology, and practice with the ultimate ambition to contribute to the achievement of United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) especially how well they relate to clean energy, sustainable cities, climate action, and responsible innovation.

About Poornima University

Submission Guidelines

  • All papers must be prepared according to the official Author Guidelines and standard conference format.
  • The manuscript should not exceed 10 pages, including figures, tables, and references.
  • Authors are responsible for proofreading and ensuring zero grammatical or typographical errors.
  • Academic integrity is mandatory: Similarity score must not exceed 10%. Papers exceeding this limit will be rejected.
  • All submissions must use the official conference template and be submitted through the designated submission portal.

Publication Opportunities

  • All accepted and presented papers are planned to be published in reputed Scopus/WoS indexed conference proceedings in collaboration with Taylor & Francis Conference Proceedings * and an edited Springer Book Series *. (*Subject to approval)

Author's Guidelines – ICAIDSEE 2025

It is essential that all authors strictly follow the guidelines and formatting instructions for the preparation and submission of papers. Each submission will be screened to ensure compliance with ICAIDSEE 2025 standards before entering the peer-review process.

The papers will be subjected to a rigorous peer review. Upon acceptance, authors must register and submit the final version for inclusion in the pre-conference proceedings and subsequent publication in associated journals or book series.

Instructions for Authors

  • Each paper may be submitted to only one conference track.
  • Manuscripts must reflect original research through empirical investigation, theoretical analysis, or model development.
  • Formatting: Times New Roman, 12pt font, 1.5 cm margins, 1.5 line spacing.
  • Paper length: 8–10 pages (~3000–4000 words), including all elements.
  • References must follow APA citation style strictly.
  • Include an Extended Abstract (300–500 words) with 3–6 keywords, covering background, objectives, methodology, findings, and conclusion.
  • Submissions must include:
    • ➔ Title, Author Names, Affiliations
    • ➔ Abstract, Keywords
    • ➔ Introduction, Main Body, Conclusion
    • ➔ Acknowledgements (if applicable), and References
  • Only MS Word (.doc/.docx) formats accepted. PDFs will not be accepted.
  • Similarity index must not exceed 10%.
  • At least one author per accepted paper must register by 14 November 2025 for inclusion in the proceedings.
  • All accepted papers will be published in a Conference Volume with an ISBN.
  • Selected high-quality papers will be considered for SCOPUS / Web of Science Indexed Journals.
  • Additional publication through Taylor & Francis and a Springer Book Series.

Peer Review Process

All full papers will undergo a double-blind peer-review managed by the Conference Editorial Committee.

  • Each paper will be evaluated by at least two expert reviewers.
  • Reviewers will assess based on international publication standards.
  • Conflicts of interest must be declared by reviewers.
  • Review outcomes: Accept, Minor Revision, Major Revision, or Reject.
  • Final decision rests with the editors and conference organizers.
